Barbara Duncan, Executive Director of Vermont Earth Institute (VEI) from 1998-2008, formed the Catamount Earth Institute in 2010. Its geographic focus is the Upper Connecticut River Valley. Catamount Earth Institute’s mission is to inform and inspire people to reduce their ecological footprint and increase their environmental stewardship. Our primary programs are the Northwest Earth Institute’s community discussion courses. We rely on volunteers to facilitate the first discussion sessions. Join us!
